When is the gym going to full operational on The Navigator of the Seas ?

I’m an adult male. I would appreciate advice for what to pack for my 7 day cruise out of SEATTLE, stopping in San Francisco and Victoria. On Explorer of the Seas leaving Sept 28, 2018. ie: clothing. Thanks.
