Also VERY frustrated. Have cleared all caches, restarted browsers. Cruise planner worked yesterday in Safari and then shut down. Went into Chrome incognito, worked once, this morning won't let me in. Calling tech support but don't have high hopes. grrrr.

I was active in my Cruise Planner account earlier today and now can't get back in. Is anyone having a similar problem? solved. Went incognito on Chrome. Must be the cookies.
