What's the difference between surf, and surf and stream?

Do I really need to purchase two vooms, or can two people share one?

Hello all, All I want to do in Jamaica is sit on a beach. What is a good excursion for that, biggest bang for my buck. I've looked everywhere, Royal's site, and third parties. So far the most interesting is the bamboo beach club from Royal. First time cruising :)

Someone recently told me you can't use the all you can drink package on the boat while in port. Please tell me this isn't true.....leaving on Liberty in September.
