Others here have pointed to the old login URL, which still works and does still properly allow you to get to the Cruise Planner and documentation. Just hit this directly instead of trying to log in through the Royal site's Log In link: https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/mycruises/processLogin.do

The new website for my cruises is the worst thing that they ever did. Can't view or change anything other than seeing your stateroom number.

You can't even reprint boarding passes or get luggage tags.

Worst Ever !!
