Has this happened to anyone? I just booked a cruise via phone call to RCCL for a great price in November. The RCCL web site clearly states for the price shown that I could pick my stateroom. Nowhere did the web site state that the rate was for a “they pick the stateroom”. After I called, they wouldn’t honor the rate and want me to pay more to select stateroom. Clearly, bait and switch. I’ll probably end up in a horrible location with an obstructed view.
