Thanks for all the replies. Seems the website is a bit of a problem. Interesting that no-one is using/ seeing specials
This is from the benefits tanble - footnote 11.
This is the part I am interested in if anyone knows anything about accessing these specials - anyone seen this or booked???

Ok, I was pretty good at the previous crown and anchor website but now I'm lost. Is there now only 1 log in - so not separate C&A and royal Caribbean ? Now just one website that covers our cruises and our loyalty? I can not see where to log my preferences for upgrades, welcome gifts etc. I have tried settings and preferences and neither give me these options.
Also we are now Diamond and I was expecting emails/ access to cruise specials/ last minute sailings etc but I only get the stock standard emails from Royal. How do we know about last minute sailings/ special rates?

@Matt just following up on your room service message. You just paid one 7.95 fee for delivery to cover 4 adults and 4 kids no dramas? We are travelling with a group of 8 and I wondered if they would not let you order for more than 2 or 4 people for the 7.95 fee. Seems like it's ok. Makes it much more reasonable.

Thanks so much for the advice - I did not know you could still get price drop when booked through a travel agent! Great news! I understand the agent will have to then do all the calling that RCI won't deal with me. Thanks again ?

We have cruised a lot, and cruised with RCI a lot. Have successfully made use of their policy to price drop when booked through RCI (though we did many cruises before we knew this existed!)
The cruise we want to book is way cheaper through a travel agent and has lots of on board credit as well. Has anyone tried/ successfully had RCI match another company price for the same cruise?
I prefer to book direct through RCI if possible.
Looking forward to the feedback.

yes - that's what I was after - thankyou!! Where did you get this from?
PS - not that any of the prices are that much cheaper at all than the standard website... but it is the ships/locations and time frame we are looking for :)
