Booked a new cruise over the phone. Checked reservation online afterwards and all five of the passenger's date of birth entries were off by 1 day. Called back and the rep said they have the correct dates showing on their side. Must be a web site bug? Strange.

We do have a child with special needs who is unable to wear a mask. We contacted RC via [email protected]. We were requested to have a doctor supply a written note explaining our son's condition. We have not been on our cruise yet. (His condition is severe developmental delay)
