  1. Wow, I am very sad for your experience.  The day we went was the July 4th equivalent in Jamaica so it was extremely crowded.  That being said, I knew of no injuries in our group or surrounding groups.  My father-in-law, (68yrs) was with us as were three kids (11, 13 and 14 years).  Slippery, yes, treacherous, yes, fun, yes.  Maybe a beach excursion for you and your group next time.

  2. Cruising out of Puerto Rico in July, heading to 1. Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas, 2. Wilemstad, Curacao, 3. oranjestad, Aruba and 4. Bassetere, St Kitts.  Any suggestions for the absolutely must do excursions and the by all means do not do excursions.  Celebrating 25 years married so it needs to be special and we do not drink alcohol.  Thanks in advance

  3. We did the Dolphin Cove swim in Jamaica and loved it.  It was scary getting into the water with a wild animal but the staff made sure we all did exactly as instructed, with the understanding that we could be pulled out of the water at any time for not obeying commands.  I recommend buying the photo package as well.  It is pricey but if you are going with another couple you can split the cost and share the DVD, it will have everyone in the photos, even the people in the group that you do not know.  My father-in-law and his grand-daughter were with us and he thanked me for booking this excursion saying it made the entire trip.
