The port is near downtown Naples (Napoli).  The Symphony of the Seas backed into the Cruise Ship terminal (pier nearest the long breakwater) near the Castel Nuovo.  It docked on its starboard side and the ferry for our excursion to Capri left from the opposite of the same pier (closer to the entrance).  Our tour bus dropped us off right at the entrance as our tour was a RCI sanctioned tour.

Thank you for your very clear info.

If you were able to get completely logged on to the new web page and you can see your Dashboard, there is a message there that say "Link a missing cruise" that takes you to a page that request a 7 digit cruise number, if the cruise number you have is not 7 digits add a zero in front and try again, if it still says it cannot find the reservation, my guess would be that the reservation is not in your name, if that is the case then you will have to call Royal and have them change the main name to you.

Once you get the cruise linked to your user id, then you can book shore excursions.

    Tahnk you , man

    it is all solved,

it is what you said, it's all about the name I put on the Crown & Ancho,

as long as I changed it,  that are all fine now.

However, I still got one more error Error locking the Cruise Reservation. I will try again tomorrow.

It's hard to say.  Symphony will likely have the new app and all the whiz-bang features RC has promised, but it remains to be seen if WOWbands or some other option will be there.

There's a RC media event next week in NYC that I'm going to, and I hope to get some light shed on the answer.

    Thank you Matt.

    Sorry for the confusion.

I was suggesting, if you weren't going to do the three night package, you could score a first night discount. Then with the cheaper cost of Chops at lunch, you'd be saving more.

Personally, I'm a fan of the three night package as I think it's a great value overall. In addition, I like there MDR for lunch and wouldn't want to give that up to dine at Chops, which I prefer for the dinner experience and menu.

With the package, you will have to dinner in one of the specialty restaurants in either night one or two as a condition of the package.

oh Thank you for the tips.

one more question, once I select 3 night package, how do I choose restaurants? is there anyway we could book online or have to book onboard?

Don't know if I understand your question, but yes they choose the first night for you, but as soon as you get on the ship, go to one of the restaurants or MDR and find out what choice was made for you, if you don't like it, you can change it right then.

haha, just don't understand DocLC said why I chose 3 nite package, I could probably score s discount.

However, as you mentioned, I did not know once I choose 3 nite package, they would choose restaurants for me first.

so we could not choose the three restaurants online before get on the ship? I have to go to MDR or restaurants to choose?
