I paid in full and my deposit is not refundable but the rest of my total is. So I'm losing $500

Hey guys, I'm a bit confused. I just cancelled my cruise for January 2021 due to concerns about the virus and the rep said refunds take 7-10 days but up to 30-45 days. That's a huge range so I was just wondering how long recent refunds have taken for other people who voluntarily cancelled.

My fiancé and I just booked cabin 10130 on the Symphony of the Seas. It is an ocean view cabin with an obstructed view. Does anyone know exactly what the obstruction is?

Does the couch pull out into a larger bed? Or does it stay the same and get sheets put on it at night?

Hi guys! I just booked a cruise on the Harmony of the Seas for July 2018. My fiancé and I are taking my 8 year old sister with us and we got a Boardwalk Balcony Stateroom all the way at the aft of the ship above the aqua theater. I've seen pictures online of the sofa but I'm wondering how large it is and what it looks like when it is pulled out. This will be my sister's first cruise/big vacation and I want to make sure that she will be comfortable. If anyone has pictures, it'd help us so much!
