marie C Posted March 20, 2018 Report Share Posted March 20, 2018 We are a party of five travelling on the Serenade of the seas, Baltic cruise on 1st July. We disembark on 8th July at Stockholm and need to book a transfer to our hotel. The problem we are having is deciding on what time to book the transfer for. The information we have been given is that disembarkation will start 1.5hrs to 2hrs after we dock. We were thinking of booking the transfer for 11am. Not sure how long it will take to disembark. DocLC Posted March 22, 2018 Report Share Posted March 22, 2018 There will be plenty of cabs at the port, so I'd probably opt for that option so that you don't end up waiting for your transfer. That does complicate things a bit. The ship gets in to Stockholm later than when she returns to US ports. However, there shouldn't be any delays sure to immigration, so that should speed things up. If you're okay just hanging out a little bit, then I'd book for 10:30 as 11 would be much too late. The terminal is also nice with a shop inside, so you could kill some time there, too.
