Timing for Shore Excursion in Victoria, BC; how long does it take to get off the ship to get a taxi?

We are trying to book our own Victoria shore excursion (ZipLining at WildPlay) rather than go through the ship's excursion on our upcoming Alaska cruise in late July since we like the pricing and location better.  We arrive at 4 pm and there are ziplining reservation spaces available at 5 and 6 pm.  It looks like the park is a 25=minute taxi ride from the cruise terminal.  I'd like to book the 5 pm slot to make best use of our time, but I am not sure how long it will take us to get off the ship and catch a taxi.  We are in a Grand Suite on Quantum of the Seas...not sure if that will give us priority disembarkation or if we will have to wait longer since we do not have a ship excursion booked.  Any advice?  Does 30 minutes seem like enough time to get off the ship and catch a taxi or am I cutting it too close?
