Kids Sail Free & Casino Offer
So I just got off the phone with Casino Royale representative to redeem an offer that came in the mail. The sailing also had a KSF and they said we couldn’t use the KSF. I currently have one booked where we used a certificate and KSF. Have the rules changed ?

What kind of certificate did you use where you got the cert + KSF ? If it was a $$ off certificate then this makes sense. If it was a free or casino rate certificate then you were very very fortunate to have been allowed to use another discount (KSF) with your casino rate. The rule has ALWAYS been that you cannot use any kind of additional discount with a casino rate cruise.
