The sailing also had a KSF and they said we couldn’t use the KSF. I currently have one booked where we used a certificate and KSF. Have the rules changed ? Thank you! WAAAYTOOO Posted June 3, 2019 Report Share Posted June 3, 2019 What kind of certificate did you use where you got the cert + KSF ? If it was a $$ off certificate then this makes sense. If it was a free or casino rate certificate then you were very very fortunate to have been allowed to use another discount (KSF) with your casino rate. Jzx1103 Posted June 4, 2019 Report Share Posted June 4, 2019 (edited) Try someone else, I've booked three comp'ed cruises in the last month and half and kids sail free applied on all of them. On one of the bookings, the casino rep initially did not apply kids sail free to it but when i mentioned it, she apologized and fix it without any issues. Two of the bookings were comped cruises I got from snail mail and the other was my annual free prime cruise. Edit: Make sure the sailing your trying to book is eligible for kids sail free though, if its a summer sizzle in the middle of summer, Royal usually exclude kids sail free from summer sailings, it has nothing to do with casino.
