  1. I am sailing on the Januaray 19th , 2025 sailing on Wonder and had an excursion set up for St Thomas but the tour operator canceled the tour. While I booked through Royal, I got my money back, but have not found anything really appealing on St Thomas as far as excursions. I even looked at booking a resort pass and was not impressed by what I found. I found that we could ferry over to St John and was wondering what resorts you would recommend to hang out at. I will be traveling with my wife and 9 year old daughter. We will be in St Thomas on Jan 23rd, 2025.
  2. I'll be on the Icon of the Seas in November and we're debating between 2 shore excursions at Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas. Our goal is to see as much ocean life as possible! I've done a ton of research and it looked like the St. John Half Day Champagne Cat Sail Beach & Snorkel was probably our best option. Then 2 spots opened up on the Discover Scuba Diving excursion! I've reserved both so we can choose. After checking on YouTube, it looked like there was maybe one kind of fish seen on the Discover Scuba Diving tour and nothing else. Anyone who has done both excursions - or at least the Discover Scuba one - which is better for seeing wildlife? Was the video we saw fairly typical for the Scuba excursion? If you've done the St. John Cat Sail excursion, did you see lots of fish/other sea life? Thanks so much!!
  3. Hi we are going on Harmony of the seas in August. We have a 14 and 8 yr old. Our youngest has special needs so when we stop in St Thomas it will be from 12-8 pm. We would like to find a less crowded beach or more private beach to go to. I have been doing a lot of research and it seems that St John might be a great area to go to. We would like to go on our own like rent a car or take a ferry over. Is this possible to go to for 4 hours and get back in time to port? Suggestions?
