I'm a bit of a gym nut , can anyone tell me if the gyms on the ships are open 24hrs. Do they have free weights and Trx frames or Kinesis machines and do they sell protein shakes etc.

I was hoping someone had information on the types of classes offered at the gym. I'm really interested in yoga. Do they offer it on the Majesty and does it cost extra?
