  1. Hi! I'm going on a royal Caribbean cruise very soon and I was planning on bringing some chocolate (chocolate bullets, lindt chocolate and roses chocolate) as a gift for my Mum's birthday as her birthday will be on the cruise. I saw some other forums asking about dry snack food and was wondering if chocolates are okay to bring on board? In their forum they were told that they are allowed some food but when they went on the cruise, the only thing they were allowed to take was water. I was wondering if this is true and food is not allowed or if I will be able to bring my Mum's birthday presents onto the cruise ship? Edit: Thank you so much for the replies everyone
  2. How or how well does Royal Caribbean deal with guests with speciality dietary restrictions? Is there a special menu in WJ, MDR, speciality restaurants, coastal kitchen, diamond lounge when food is served (for breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) and do these options taste good? A person wouldn’t want to starve because of dietary restrictions on a cruise ship .
