Hi there RC Blog. My wife and I (US Citizens) were looking at booking Spectrum OTS 8-night departing Shanghai, CN roundtrip on April 18, 2026 with ports in South Korea and Japan. I know that China has the 144-hour visa-free entry for Shanghai tourists. I have seen a couple threads on this, but they all address cruises departing or arriving in China, rather that departing and returning to China. Would the 144-hour visa-free entry also count/restart for re-entry once the ship returns? Does anyone have any experience with cruising roundtrip in China visa-free? Thanks for any advice!

Is anyone else excited for this repositioning cruise?! Intend to visit both HK and Shanghai Disneylands, as well as VinWonders in Nha Trang!
