What's the difference between diamond lounge and suite lounge? Do diamond tier get something that no other guest get?
The suite lounge is far better than the diamond lounge. We are Diamond Plus and prefer the suite lounge as it is far less crowded than the Diamond lounge. With so many Diamond members it's rare to find a seat in the Diamond lounge after about 5:30PM. The drink options and service is far better in the suite lounge as well -- Suite guests are not scrambling to get in as many drinks as they can before 8PM.
