If you want to tip extra in bars can that be in cash?

If you choose the Dynamic dining I'm assuming you need to tip extra? Maybe not? Or do your main gratuities cover this as well if not eating in the main dining room? We have never eaten at a specialty restaurants so not sure how the tipping works there.

As long as the beer at Michael's Genuine is available with the drink package I'm good.

Sure this will turn out to be a dumb question  but oh well.....

 

Booked Anthem for next summer 9 night Caribbean. Seems on My Cruise page I am unable to book any dining, beverage or even change my dining type. Is there a time period this opens or since I have an outstanding payment due I am unable to book any items for my cruise such as dining? Assuming the answer is yes and that would make sense to me just confirming.

Considering one of the packages that have beer options on Anthem of the Seas. Can anyone tell me if any of the packages work in Michael's Genuine Pub? If so which package?
