When you bid on an upgrade is this bid on top of what you paid or that's how much you'll pay total? Can't see the value if it is on top.

Cruising for the first time in March. Quantum will be my home probably bar hopping to taste the cocktails and get some steps in. I have taken a look at the bar menus and all the cocktails are $15. Are these special cocktails or am I going to be paying $1 for every "special" cocktail because the Deluxe Beverage Package only allows for drinks up to $14. Or will I be paying $15 because I've gone over the $14. Or are the classics like Mojitos and Pina Coladas actually $14. Plus is there any other sneaky little gratuity charges that I haven't seen?
