DO NOT USE AIR2SEA: here is my complaint I sent to both Air2 Sea and Royal Caribbean. Our Flight from Canada to Rome got canceled and it was a nightmare. My travel agent called after the fact and also when we returned. We were instructed to send emails to an emergency email and after I sent 2 emails as instructed, no response. I sent Royal Caribbean an email and they also reached out to Air 2Sea and I was told they would get in touch. NOTHING. I hope everyone faired better than us. So for me a huge con!
During all of this I called 3 times to Air 2 Sea only to be told AirCanada needed to make it right and that if they did not provide accommodations. I needed to let Air2Sea know. The next time I called to update the agent and I told her we were in line waiting and she said she would call me back "in an hour" to get an update. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! Again no action just nothing. The 3rd time I called the agent said they "only deal with emergencies and that I was just lodging a complaint and that there were no emergency agents available. " I told her I had called 2 other times and THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY!!! WE WERE STUCK IN MONTREAL. Per your instructions on everything I had I read said we were to call if we encountered issues so WE DID, Air2Sea did nothing!!
