Maybe check spam/junk folders, and confirm the redemption actually happened in the “redeemed” section of the app. One time there was a glitch in my redemption and it wasn’t actually redeemed, but all redemptions show in the redeemed section across all the family of apps. 

    Thank you! I checked all folders and nada. The redemption is in my wallet so I'm unsure what happened. I emailed Playstudios support for either a refund of my points or to resend the purchase email. Thanks again!
