  1. We are heading to St Thomas and St Martin in early November with young children who will not be vaccinated (due to age). Assuming we will not be able to leave the ship without scheduling excursions via RC, any suggestions on how we can do some snorkeling and swimming along with seeing the views from Paradise Point and doing some shopping there? We were thinking of booking the xmas cove snorkeling trip which is only about 2hrs then jumping on the Skyride, but when I try scheduling the Skyride it's at the same time as the xmas cove excursion. As long as we book the skyride with RC, can we head up anytime once we get back from snorkeling...or we likely can't do both excursions? Thanks for any recommendations!

UPDATE:  I spoke with RCL and kids will pretty much have run of ship.  For the ports we are going to our 10 year old will be able to go ashore providing we book excursions through RCL.  If we just want to get off and roam ourselves the kids club will be available.  I had heard that Cococay wasn't available to those under 12 but that's not true.  There are no restrictions on Cococay.  The ship restrictions for unvaccinated are mostly for adults, no bars, casino...etc.  We will have restrictions as to which evening dinning room we can be seated at.  They have 3 main dinning rooms on Allure so there really isn't an issue here.

Thanks for all the above responses.  Hope this helps someone else.  I thought I would have to cancel my Oct cruise so we could 'all enjoy' what Allure has to offer but now we look forward to getting back on the ship.  Chow!

Hi, we have our cruise booked the beginning of November and I haven't found RCL representatives to be helpful at all with questions regarding what we can do off the ship once we dock at St Thomas and St Martin with our young children who cannot be vaccinated yet. You mentioned if you want to roam, the kids club is available. Did you take that to mean if we want to walk/site see the island without booking specific excursions through RCL, our kids can't come with us? - even just getting off the ship and heading to a beach? Thanks so much for your help!!
