Writing an essay tips

Writing an essay means forming a set of interrelated ideas into an argument. Essays basically need to be neatly arranged so that they make sense and can be understood by the readers. The essay determines the information that the reader needs to know and also the order they must be received. The structure of the essay should be able to create writing that can influence the reader towards the ideas conveyed. There are several classic essays such as narrative, descriptive, expository, and persuasive essays but basically, there is no definite formula. You should always think " How can I make my essay unique and enthralling?". And the most important thing to do first is to write the first draft of the essay that will be made. Things that need to be written in the draft are:

 - The structure and framework of the essay The structure will help the essay look more logical and neat

- The argument that you will put forward the argument that you will issue in the essay is the answer to some questions, which are the problem formulation of the topic you will say. Make sure you find the subject matter first. In deciding how you answer questions, you need to identify questions that are appropriate to the context and keywords.

- Evidence of what you will use to support the argument. Evidence should be supported by definite research and reliable sources. - Arranging arguments to fit logic. After writing the initial draft and mind mapping, the essay will be arranged according to the structure, namely:

1. Introduction

The introduction has the structure from general to special. Open the first paragraph with a general introduction to the topic and the problems to be encountered. Write down generally the ideas that you will take. Express all thoughts that will answer the questions that arise. Next is broadly speaking your argument.

2. Essay Body

An essay is made from a collection of paragraphs, each paragraph has a single point of thought which is an argument that will be expressed. After you have raised the point of view, then state the explanation of that point. Write evidence that can support the truth of the argument you are making. Evidence can be case studies, statistics, documentary evidence, academic books or journal articles. Don't forget your personal opinion on how the evidence you collected can be a reinforcer in your argument. Summarize each paragraph, and explain how each paragraph can support your argument as a whole.

3. Conclusion

When you write conclusions you should be sure that all ideas can be summarized properly. The conclusion is better to use the structure from special to general. In concluding the input of the problem, followed by a summary of the keywords and a concise argument that is the answer to the problem above. Continue to state the reasons or obstacles to arrive at a definite answer or argument to the question at the beginning. Conclusions can contain questions that can be topics for subsequent essays, predictions about what will happen, and recommendations for resolution of the phenomenon under study.
