I am on the Ovation of the Seas leaving Sydney for the South Pacific in April and have been assigned balcony room 7682. It looks like it is 2 levels directly above the smoking area on deck 5.

Has anybody stayed in rooms7674-7684? Does the smoke make its way up to the balcony?

I will be going on a 9 night cruise on Ovation of the Seas in April (leaving Sydney). I am looking at purchasing a 1 device VOOM Surf package which is currently being sold for AUD$15 per day in the Cruise Planner (about US$10).

I only need Internet for 7 nights (I don't need it on the first and last day).

Would it be cheaper to pre-purchase the Internet for 9 nights or should I purchase Internet for 7 nights once I am onboard?

I am looking at purchasing a shore excursion, a dining package and internet package.

When is the best time to purchase these? Should I buy them now or do they have deals when you get on the ship?

I will be taking my first Royal Caribbean Cruise in April on Ovation of the Seas leaving from Sydney.

I just checked in and specified an Arrival Time of 12:00-12:30 (which is printed on my SetSail pass).

However, before starting the check-in process, the Royal Caribbean web site says "Please arrive no less than 2 hours before boarding"!

I am confused! Should I arrive at my Arrival Time of 12 or 2 hours before at 10?

I will be going on my first cruise in April and would like to know if the balcony rooms on Ovation of the Seas have a fridge.

If they do, are they large enough to hold a bottle of Champagne?
