Report Pinnacle Cruise Awards in Royal Caribbean Discussion Posted January 30, 2020 Does anyone else have a problem with getting pinnacle cruise awards. It seems they really sc—w when you have already booked with a discount and they won’t let you have the credit for the cruise certificate and 2nd guest discount. im not a happy camper.
