I'm Rodriguez, originally from Des Moines, Iowa but I call Bremerton, Washington home now. I am proud to say I was able to do something significant in people life, something positive, volunteered in my community, earned academic achievements. Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to be a medical doctor, because doctors can safe lives and improve health knowledge, especially for vulnerable people. I was indeed fortunate to lived my dream at a young age, and had spent fair amount of time abroad, I used to say that I had traveled completely around the world. More than 65 countries later, I laugh at that idea. There are still many, many countries I have yet to visit, and even after I achieve my goal of visiting every country in the world, there will still be many places within those countries that I still won’t have experienced. For me, the more I have traveled, the more I learn, and the more I realize how big the world really is to meet people of other cultures
