Just wondering if we are able to check emails with our phone and/or ipad without having to purchase an internet package.  Are there any areas on the ship that allow you to do that?

Hi,  we are sailing on Allure next weekend and my husband is wondering if he is able to purchase beer on board and consume in our cabin.  We have a balcony and he was hoping to relax and enjoy his beverage of choice (beer) on the balcony at some point during the cruise.  I know we can't bring it on board but just wondering about purchasing.  Can you have it delivered to your stateroom?
