Unfortunately RC are not liable for flights etc that aren’t booked through them. You will have to claim that from your travel insurance. The downside to booking everything separately. We are due to sail 2nd June so I’m watching this very closely. I may well contact my insurer to see where I stand. in the meantime we have ceased booking excursions etc.
