Since we aren't going to the new beach club we are just gonna explore the new port in Nassau a bit. We like to have lunch in ports we sail to. Nassau we usually don't leave the immediate port area but kinda thinking of going to Senior frogs. It's like right across the street isn't it? Is it ok for a 12 year old and 4 year old or really want to stay away especially with a 4 year old? Thanks.

The RC excursions look so-so at best in my view.

I've never been to Catalina. Is it a nice place to simply walk around and stroll? I will be with my wife and children (ages 18, 23, 25)- none of which have any real preference for anything specific.

Personally, I'd love to catch the boat ride over to Two Harbors where Natalie Wood, Robert Wagner and Christopher Walken spent Natalie's last night. But that's just me and I realize that might be a real stretch to do.

How many people are together on the Royal Caribbean White Pass Railroad and Suspension bridge excursion? Alaska Shore Excursions has a similar excursion, a bit more money, but they advertise "small" group size, and I'm wondering if Royal Caribbean group sizes are very large. Thanks.

Hello cruise experts! So, I'm in for Alaska 2027. When we stop in Skagway, I know I want to do the White Pass Railroad, but I was looking for some feedback from some Alaska veterans. I can't justify over $600 pp. for a family of 4 to do the Legacy Club car, so I was wondering what everyone's opinions are for doing the standard trip. I'm thinking I'd like to do the round trip on the train, but am I missing out on the Klondike Highway combination? Also, are there advantages or disadvantages (besides the obvious price difference) between booking directly with the White Pass Railroad versus through Royal? Are there considerations I'm missing? Looking for any and all feedback!

Hi - so thinking of possibly choosing to go to the RBC on an upcoming cruise, since I found that there at gluten free options if my DD decides she wants to try it. However - I need to know for myself how accessible it is. I think there is a pool and not just the beach which would be good for me because I can't do beaches. How accessible are the paths around the beach club? Are scooters okay? I deal very well at Coco Cay, and mainly do the Oasis pool there, and have no trouble getting where I need to go. Can anyone give me any insight on the club personally? I haven't yet looked at any videos and if anyone has a link to a good one I would appreciate it. TIA!

I’ll be on Odyssey of the seas in August, docking in Santorini. I’ve read that Oia particularly is very crowded after 10am. My ship does not dock until 12pm. Would a 1:30 or 4:30 excursion be best (in terms of less crowds).

I would rather do a ship excursion but cannot decide which time which would best. Any advice would be appreciated.

One of the sailings I'm considering is a 6 night sailing on the Allure that goes to Falmouth (+ Nassau and Coco Cay).

But none of the Falmouth excursions immediately jump out at me. Wanted to see what others have liked/disliked and what you'd recommend. I am doing a beach day at Coco Cay and probably a DIY day in Nassau. I have never been to Falmouth and have heard lots of mixed reviews. I usually book through the cruise line, but not opposed to going 3rd party.

For comparison, I am also looking at sailings that go to Cozumel + Coco Cay (Freedom) and then one that goes to Turks & Caicos + Coco + Nassau; though the Allure is by far the best ship I think.

	Hello,

I am going to Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Roatan on Symphony of the Seas 5/10/26. My husband and I are bringing our two daughters, ages 6 & 3, and I was wanting to take them swimming at the beach or a pool area. I don't want to spend a fortune, since most of the excursions are pretty pricey, I was wanting to know if there were places to swim for free or a cheaper price at the ports? If not, then we will most likely shop at the ports then get back on the ship and use the pools. I don't want to go out on our own since we'll have our girls with us and I have a fear of missing the ship. Any advice is welcome. TIA!

Does anyone know if there are any TVs at the Royal Beach Club similar to the On The Rocks bar at Hideaway on CoCo Cay? Going here in March and one guy is a college basketball nut. We have the beach club booked and was trying to see if there was a spot to watch sports while at the club or if we need to find another spot.

I am thinking about booking this excursion but I have my reservations about the walk back to the ship. I hear it is about 15 mintues from the ship. We will have a two year old. I would imagine we can take a stroller (not ideal). For those parents who have experienced this excursion, how did you survive the walk back with a sleeping toddler?

Planning to head over to the RBC during our November cruise but I have a question about how the transport ferries work. I read that it’s all day access to and from RBC but was wondering if royal will give us a set time to board the ferry or are we free to choose what time we depart. I’m wanting to check out the Queen’s Stairs in the morning before heading to RBC and didn’t know if that would cause a problem.

Has anyone here actually done this post-cruise excursion? According to the description,

"Check-in for your tour will be at the Ground Transportation Desk in the Vancouver cruise pier. Guests will need to walk from the terminal to street level, about 150 yards.

Your large luggage (left outside your onboard stateroom the night prior) will be transferred directly to the airport. Please note that luggage can not join passengers on the Hop-on Hop-off tour.

Hop-on the tour at the street level of the Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal.

When you are ready to head to the airport, Hop-off at Stop #1 and use the provided Canada Line Airport Transfer Pass to take the SkyTrain to the Vancouver International Airport, an approximately 35 to 40 minutes journey. Please allow time to collect your luggage at the airport before checking in for your flight."

My question is, how/where do you collect your luggage? It's a self-paced DIY tour where you can head to the airport at your leisure, so I'm just wondering how exactly that works. Seems like an intriguing option as I'll probably be taking a red eye home, so even the longest RCI excursions get us to the airport hours early. It's probably either this or a private tour group for us, and the price makes this palatable.
