Cruise prices should be similar to the ones found on RC but you will see some TAs and box stores that will book a bunch of rooms and discount it as a group cruise. Some TAs will also give extra OBC but it comes out of their pocket. Once I've used a discount TA, the lack of customer service is not worth the extra $100 OBC to me. I'm by no means a high maintenance client but the little things I asked about seemed to be a problem.
