Canadian Cruisers
Hi There! We are from Canada and this will be our first cruise on Royal Caribbean. We have sailed previously on Princess cruises a few times. Our next cruise takes us to Roatan, Costa Maya and Cozumel and we are looking for recommendations for excursions. Thanks! dutchie260
We went to the Monkey sanctuary in Roatan years ago. Fantastic time playing with the Capuchin monkeys. So much fun!! Shanaroma

vanelli56
Just got back from a similar itinerary. For Costa maya, check out Tropicante... it's a beach side cantinas that is awesome! Great service, great food. You can easily hop off the ship, get out of the hustle and bustle of that fake commercial port area, grab a taxi, and you're the in about 5 mins. You can Google them, or check out trip advisor. I Facebook messaged Steve, the owner, and he reserved us some chairs, no charge, just need to order some drinks and some lunch. Which you'll want to do anyway! The food was great! You won't be disappointed.
bellemiche
In Costa Maya, we really enjoy going to Maya Chan Beach Resort. You book it online and they pick you up and return you to the port.
