Take a sip and if you don't like it, just leave it or tell the bartender and she/he will make you something else. That is one advantage of the DP - get to try new things. This won't work in the main dining room, as they have to head to another bar to get the drinks, but if you are on a ship with a Vintages it works. When they see you have the drink package they know you'll be getting lots of drinks, (and with an extra dollar or two as a tip under your sea pass card) when you sit down the bartender will be happy to help.
