Earthhouse2
My wife and I took our first Royal Caribbean Cruise last year. It was great. However, I do not understand why she was invited to Casino Royale Club and not I. I wager much more than she, and play both slots and blackjack about the same amount. We both used cards in the casino for play rating. Am I doing something wrong? We headed on next cruise with RC in several weeks. Like to get all the benefits I can. JLMoran
I’d suggest calling the Casino Royale toll free number and speaking with a rep. Since the cruise was last year, they should still have it in the system; it will probably help if you still your reservation number so they can look it up more quickly. Their number is (888) 561-2234. I hadn’t had any problem with them after my first cruise last year, but I did choose to call them to get a sense of what my very paltry play translated to in terms of rating points. They were able to look it up and told me with only a few minutes wait. Hopefully they can do the same for you. CruisingOz
WAAAYTOOO
No one is “invited” to join anymore. With the new program, all you have to do is insert your card or have it scanned by the dealer (for table games) and you “in” so my guess is that you are both already members. I recommend you call Club Royale and ask them what your “status” is. If you accumulated at least 2400 points on your cruise then you will be Prime and will be eligible for some perks when you sail next time. Points are cumulative so your points will continue to mount through the end of the evaluation period (3-31-19) at which time your points go back to -0- and you start all over again for the next year. Why did your wife receive individual recognition while you did not ? There’s just no telling. The program is often “glitchy”. On our last cruise Dan had a welcome letter from CR and a sticker on his Seapass card but I did not even though we are both a Prime members. I had to have the hostess verify the fact that I was truly Prime and place a sticker on my card. When we got to our room on Grandeur today, we both had welcome letters from the casino but neither of us have stickers so go figure...no consistency. twangster
I used a free $5 offer loaded on my card on Anthem in December. Now I'm "Choice" in the program and it's been printed on my SeaPass cards recently. WAAAYTOOO and CruisingOz 1

The only time I was at the casino was when I used my $6.00 free play. Where do I go from here... HIGH ROLLER? CruisingOz
We are Prime but we find that we need to introduce ourselves to the casino manager so we can get out Prime benefits without too much trouble. Sometimes they put on a sticker onto the sea pass card and other times it is noted on the sea pass card, so no logic behind it WAAAYTOOO

They will put Prime on your sea pass card and you get free drinks. I play Blackjack and the points accrue terribly. I can't imagine getting signature with Blackjack, but slot players that I've talked with build it up effortlessly. Anyways call Club Royale, easy! PG Cruiser
A couple next to me at the Royal Theater told me that they don’t even play at the casino that much but they always get free cruises. How much playing (okay, gambling) is needed to get those free cruises? PPPJJ-GCVAB

How much playing (okay, gambling) is needed to get those free cruises? The definition of "not much play" probably varies quite a bit. A multi-millionaire might play five $1K hands of blackjack in five minutes, lose them all, and walk over to the theater. In their mind, they didn't play much but the casino host would love to offer them a free cruise because that was easy money.
Traveler
No one can understand the logic behind club royal, you are likely to get the Coca-Cola formula before getting answers for the club royal logic of doing things , but you can check how many points are register to you by simple going to https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/ enter your last name and C&A number. Beside points it will show you if you have any offers. As I understands (from other post here) if your email is being used for other people reservations you might not get any offers anymore ... Now I know where those 13 points I got while playing at the slot machine with pigs went. I had zero idea what I was doing there. I just kept pressing the "play" button until it was game over. With 13 points, I am 2487 points away from Prime. That's 191 cruises using my $6 Diamond Free Play benefit. Yay!!! Swar
My wife and I gambled @$200 - $300 on a recent 7 night cruise. Since then (October) we redeemed 3 five day cruises, $200 off a five day, and have a $300 offer that we have not used. We are just choice members. Now up to 7 "free" cruises and one with $200 off. The last 2 were 7 day cruises using Black Friday Certificates sailing from Puerto Rico (other choices were available). The 2 Puerto Rico cruises were on my to buy list. Thankfully, I had not pulled the financial trigger. The Fox
On our first cruise, Jan 2020, my spouse and I spent @$300 in the casino. Since then we have received 4 free cruises. My assumption is that because they are trying to fill ships right now (and way back when we got 3 free offers) that they are looking for anyone that has spent money on a cruise, either drink package, gambling, dining package, whatever. fireclan and PPPJJ-GCVAB

BrianAlt
Was a good video. I never knew I could check my status, so I did a quick search. I have all of 70 points and my wife is killing me with a whopping 173 points. WAAAYTOOO and Swar 1
