We never received the emails from Royal so I apologize if this is an obvious answer! If they don't let you, can you get some sort of casino discount? Hello, The Annual Prime cruise needs to be 8 nights or shorter so a 9 night won't work. Also it can't be done during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, or fourth of July.. Any other time and 8 nights or less and your good. This is in addition to the (1) free annual cruise for Prime and above and (2) certificates that you can earn in the casino based on your play (3) email and snail mail offers that they send out periodically. However, the casino discounts now are pathetic. The most I have been able to get on a cruise is 5% off the going rate, which is WAAAY lower than it used to be (used to be between 45-60% off !). You cannot combine a casino certificate with a casino discount though. It's one or the other. I am only Prime so I'm guessing that maybe the casino discount is greater for the higher level Club Royale levels. I don't know that for a fact. I have heard once again on the Presidents day thing its which agent you talk to. Seems to always be how it is lol. But I am glad they gave it to you over presidents day. Also I am Signature at the Casino discount is still shitty. It now just goes by your play on the last cruise and not your tier level, but like you said in the past it was so much better and combinable with other things. I found out lately that the they give you around 1000 to 1500$ discount , the discount is based on your last cruise Casino activity and good for one sail ... And it doesn't come in the mail or an email its just a code they type in so don't wait for anything to come.
