Concierge Service??

Just got off our Cuba cruise and as per usual the wife walked me into the Next Cruise section. Even though we have cruises booked for next year, we booked an Alaska cruise on Radiance for next summer. We normally book balcony or Junior Suites but she persuaded me to bump up to a Grand Suite (must stop drinking during the day!!!).

Question for the experts on here: Grand Suite comes with "concierge service", what does this actually consist of???

There are a number of services the Concierge offers. You will get an email a week before the cruise with everything, but here's what it was for sister ship Brilliance of the Seas as of last week

  Please let me know if you would like to make any reservations to avoid disappointment.  
· Business services (printing Boarding Passes etc.) 
· Priority tendering assistance.
· Reserved VIP seats for production shows (please show Cruise Director’s staff your gold SeaPass card at the entrance of the Pacifica Theatre located on Deck 6, starboard side, 20 
  minutes before the show). 
· Invitation to the exclusive Captain's welcome aboard reception. (Please check your suite binder for the suite cocktail invitation). 
· Complimentary pressing service on the first formal night (one outfit per guest). 

The Concierge Lounge is a private area accessible on a 24-hour basis with your SeaPass Card. The Concierge Lounge has been designated a smoke-free area.
