I was able to get in just fine using my email (the one inked to the reservation), but my wife, who is creating her own account, can't. Any suggestions? CGTLH Posted September 25, 2018 Report Share Posted September 25, 2018 Going to guess if the reservation can be seen online it should be seen in the app. One thought would be to verify the Crown and Anchor number is in the account profile.
