C_hick
Hi all, I will be sailing on allure on October 7th this year and I’m looking for recommendations for a beach in Nassau. I have been to Nassau before but not for about 10 years. I am not looking to do an excursion since I already have 3 booked on the other days that I am there. I’m looking for a beach that I can take a short taxi ride to, one with the clearest/most turquoise waters. Bonus if it has an area to snorkel, but not necessary. I am not particularly interested in Junkanoo since I’ve heard it’s crowded, littered, etc. It will be a day for my husband and I to enjoy with our daughter and my in laws joining us a later in the afternoon
chelsea
Cable Beach or pay for a day pass to the British Colonial Hilton ($60 per person but you get a $20 food/beverage voucher & access to their amenities) Matt
toober93
Blue Lagoon gets lots of recommendations. You can book it privately for less than RCCL excursion. Google it.

Littleredhen1970
I am going on the Anthem Thanksgiving Cruise. In the Bahamas, do you have to pay for beach access? And are there places along the beach where you can rent jet skis for a half hour or hour? Also, are there jet ski rentals on Cococay? Andrea Go to “resorts for the day” and book the British colonial Hilton beach day pass in Nassau. It’s a great spot and within walking distance to the cruise port.
