J_Keeble
i will be on Allure of the Seas in exactly a months time and still have not decided on what to do in costa maya, having not been there before I'm up for anything. Any suggestions would be great :)
Steve L
We rented jet ski's for 1/2 hour. They were fun to ride. Then we just hung out at the beach and had nachos and drinks at the Krazy Lobster J_Keeble

Deedeelynn
We did Krazy Lobster per @twangster recommendation! We had a wonderful time! There was a small beach with lounge chairs, but we didn’t partake! We sat at the tables and had the best guacamole and the freshest pico de Gallo I’ve ever eaten! Did I mention the homemade chips——— to die for!! They also had $5 buckets of beer, if I remember it was 5 beers and it was maybe three choices! I found something I liked, for a dollar a beer, how bad can it be!? We had a great afternoon! twangster
arebee
If you don't want to do an all day thing, we've done the Segway tour. It was fun and something we've never done before. Since I live in florida, I can go to the beach anytime.

Michael Vitale
We were there last week and stayed in the port area all day. Was a wonderful, relaxing day. Huge pool w swim up bars. Restaurant was terrific. All the shopping you could want. Great way to chill and save a few bucks as its all free except food & drinks of course. tonyfsu21
I had the same question 6 months ago before Allure sailing. If you are ok with just relaxing & not doing some type of adventurous excursion then stay at the port complex right off the pier. There is a huge pool w/ swim up bar, beach sand and loungers. There are servers for drinks & food as well as a whole outdoor mall full of shops. There’s really no need to leave it’s actually pretty nice. WAAAYTOOO
That pier walk is horrific. Do they still have a shuttle ? One of my favorite ports though
