I got caught up in this when I was driving down on July 21, delayed me getting to Galveston by about 1 1/2 hours, my Grandson that was with us wanted to see NRG stadium, so I thought no big deal, we had plenty of time, diverted around on 610 east, say the stadium, got back up on the highway and hit the traffic, had to divert off in to the neighborhood by Hobby to get around it. Not fun.
Michael Vitale
I drove down on Sept 8. Not only was this not an issue, I didn't even notice any construction
