Gochie
My husband and I are going on Empress of the Seas to Cuba the end of Oct. We have an Ocean View cabin. I am wondering if there is an outlet close to the bed that he can plug his Cpac into or can he bring an electrical out bar so he can plug the cpac into. Please enlighten us on this situation. Thanks Margaret Ann Gochenour [email protected]
coneyraven
Probably not, but just check with your cabin steward and they can get you an extension cord. They're very accommodating when it comes to this.
SPS
Hi, @Gochie , I suggest filing out the Customer Special Needs form online. Check in the area about bringing medical equipment on board(or possibly the "other" section) and RCCL will provide you with the extension cord your need. Don't bring your own or you could end up with it being confiscated as an "not allowed" item. (or possibly the "other" section) https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/allaboutcruising/guestSpecialNeeds.do (I fill out this form to get distilled water and an extension cord for my CPAP) June May and DocLC 1
NS8VN
CPAP machines are fairly common today and RCCL, as well as all cruise lines, are well prepared to assist. Fill out the form SPS shared and they will be happy to supply you with an extension cord and distilled water for your machine.
