Bbjunkie
Hi all! I have been actively reading all of the Cruise Compasses and know that the dinners in the MDR have themes. I’m really curious about what is actually on the menu for those dinners, and even an idea of what is available to breakfast and/or lunch in the MDR interests me. Does anyone have photos they’ve taken of the menus? Or some great recollection and is willing to give me some info? Thanks!
Todd W
Hi @Bbjunkie The Menus tab at the top of the blog is a great source for a lot of the menus. they vary slightly ship from ship but it's a great place to start in regards to see whats on the menu. As for pics, your best best is to either ask to see something specifically or spend some time in the live blog section of here. many of the reviews have some great food shots. hope this helps Bbjunkie
Bbjunkie
Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I’ve seen the menus tab, but those all seem to be for the specialty restaurants, unless I’m missing something. . I’m looking to see what our choices will be while we are in the MAin Dining Room.
KLA
Here's an example of what they might look like for dinner - https://eatsleepcruise.com/2016/09/new-main-dining-room-menus-on-oasis-of-the-seas-2016/ I think these reflect the newest set of menus, but lately they've been combining the app/entree/dessert all in to one menu instead of handing you a separate dessert menu at the end. 4ensic and Bbjunkie 1

I am new to this site and Royal Caribbean in general. We just booked our first cruise for next spring on the Oasis of the Seas. I have read a few post on this board and see that they mention the live blogs. I can't seem to find the live blogs. Can someone please point me in the direction of the live blogs? Thank you, so much, I appreciate your help.

There are two kinds of live blogs: Live blogs from @Matt, who runs the site, and occasionally other members like @mpoole3. These will be posted on the main blog feed, rather than here on the message boards Live blogs from all other members are posted in the "Live Blogs" section of the message boards; this is a separate forum area that you'll see listed on the main forums page: Each person's live blog is posted as a separate thread, specific to their trip. Unlike the live blogs on the main feed, these can be any from live, to live-ish, to recaps posted after the cruise. They also tend to be a lot more interactive, as members post questions and comments. Matt
