The website uses cookies and other cached object that frequently give users grief. Clearing your browser cache often works too, or a different browser. twangster Posted July 1, 2018 Report Share Posted July 1, 2018 Yes it is, but with some patience you can work around its idiosyncrasies. Wait 15 minutes and try again. Close any tabs with Royal Caribbean open and in 15 minutes open a new private browser session and log in only using that. Crazy I know, but it works for me. First time cruising. Expedited arrival just means that they won't need to check-in at the port and they can bypass the folks with the tablets or not have to go to the counter. We're taking our second and got Expedited check in, but my mother in law and kiddo are on their first, and didn't, despite using the same app. Not too worried about it, as check-in at PC was trivial last time anyway.
