Lovetocruise2002
This came up on Periscope tonight and I mentioned that I would post a link to the videos of the 4BDR Villa Suite. It was formerly called the Presidential Family Suite. @Matt, not sure if @krys_10 is on this message board but can you see if you can find a way to get this to her... I just checked it and they do work. Maybe try to copy and paste it into a new window? Usually when I link YouTube videos here the "picture" shows up and you just click on it. I don't know why it didn't do that this time.

Actually....I priced it out for Harmony for November 2019, not that I can sail then but I wanted to know for fall/winter 2020-2021 ...for 10 people, it was $33 736 USD ...for 14 people, it was $39 168 USD ...that was for Harmony, I don't even want to know what Symphony prices are like! And they took this out of Oasis and Allure so those aren't options. They have these on the Freedom class ships (I think...) but no Genie on those. melski94
Thats the same price as a 2 bedroom ATS over spring break that I priced out for 6. If I could ever get over my cheap side, I'd have to choose this suite. I just can't justify the price of any suite! CruiseLife72

Quite honestly, this price is pretty good, when you calculate it on a per person/per day basis (I'm assuming it's a 7 night cruise). For 10 people, it works out to be less than $500 PP/PD ($481.94) which is darn cheap for a Star Class room. For the 14 person calculation, it's less than $400 PP/PD although I think 14 people would be WAAAY too many people for this suite. Even with my casino discount we are paying almost $600 PP/PD for a Grand Loft Suite on Anthem in Feb 2020. I guess price is relative but for a Star Class suite, this is pretty good, really. It seems crazy when you look at the total but not bad when you consider that it is star class and calculate the per person cost. Add in KSF possibly and it could be a "good deal" if you are in the market for that type of room. That's why I priced it out. Because I wanted to know what I am looking at before the next deployment. If I can find something in that ball park and with KSF (because in fall 2020-winter 2021, I can go during the school year), we would love to take my parents to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday. So, like you, I was curious about this suite, but on Symphony. So a few weeks ago, I called RC and spoke with a very helpful man named Craig. We spent almost an hour on the phone, mainly trying to find a sailing where the Villa was available. He finally found one for October 3, 2020. I told him we had eight people, and while he checked on the price, I braced myself. So when he told me $17,331.80, you can imagine my excitement. For each of us, it was only $2,166.76! Apparently, I lucked into a combination of a sale (50% fare for second passenger, and reduced fares for the rest) and low-season. Craig told me that I could cancel within 24 hours with no penalty, so I put the deposit down without even consulting our friends (with whom we often cruise). He was so helpful and told me that he'd never booked this cabin before and he was a bit excited, too. We had already planned to have dinner and play cards with our friends that evening, so when I was telling them all about what I'd found, they were saying 'yes' before I'd even finished asking if they wanted to go. I'm so excited that I've got a countdown on my phone. Only 469 days, to go. Baked Alaska, WAAAYTOOO and KristiZ 1 1

River Song
Hi all! My hubby and I were on a Liberty of the Seas cruise this past September, 2019 out of Galveston TX, and ran into a very nice young man in the Suite Lounge one evening having cocktails. He mentioned that he was sailing with 7 of his friends and that they were in the "Presidential Suite". Royal Carribean had not changed the name to the "Villa Suite" yet. He said he and his friends absolutely LOVED it! I'm not 100% certain (because I didn't personally check with the Suite Director), but he said the cruise included a fully stocked bar (that was replenished daily, or more often than that if they ran out of something!) ALL INCLUDED in the cost of their cruise fare! It had 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bath, at least one, maybe two guest bathrooms, a personal butler, (and room service!) the large living room area and a large hot tub on the balcony. He said they were all having a BLAST!! I think one of the reasons the cost MAY seem high, is that you get the fully stocked and replenished bar in the cost of it! I'm also looking into reserving that suite for a future sailing for my family of 12!! Have a ball, and whoever books that suite in the future, please post back here afterwards and share your experience, please!! Sincerely, River
Lovetocruise2002
@River Song It’s called the Villa suite and there is only one on Harmony and one on Symphony. It is fully stocked because the suite is Star class and comes along with all the benefits. The max capacity is 14. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Because there are only two rooms like this out there, it is extremely hard to book. Be prepared to book this as soon as it gets released. As far as pricing goes, it can be quite expensive and also quite affordable depending on the time of the year. In high season, this cabin can run over and above $30-40K. We have this booked for December 2020, for 14 of us, all in we are paying just over $13K. It’s less than the cost of of an interior on the same sailing. Atlantix2000
Wasn't there a recent long thread about the presidential suite on Liberty being converted to 4 junior suites and the people that had it booked having all sorts of trouble because they started selling those rooms out from under them?
