Is there a Dunn River Falls ONLY excursion offered?

Hi all!

First time cruising with Royal Caribbean for our family of 6!  We have only cruised with Disney Cruise Line in the past and we are anxious/excited for our Harmony of the Seas cruise in December 2018.

I'm wondering if there is a way to visit Dunn River Falls only.  I'm not interested in doing the cave tour that's offered in conjunction with the DRF excursion through RC.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

That is distinctly possible.  It's 1 1/4 hours so it's not going to be a cheap taxi but its very possible a local shuttle company or taxi independent of this "excursion" may be more cost effective.

This website lists several taxis.  I'd suggest calling one.

The page suggests Falmount to Dunn is $90 but make sure to ask if the fare is per person or total.  Taxis on different islands work in different ways, ask lots of questions and make sure you negotiate before getting into any cab.

I hired a private driver, Winston, with Tour Jamaica Today to take my family of 6 to Blue Hole.  I don't remember what it cost but we had him the entire day but we mostly wanted to go to Blue Hole and lunch. The best thing about Winston was that he was a safe and slow driver.  We were constantly being passed by other taxis.  We were able to keep our stuff in the van while we did our excursion and everything was very safe.  I will use him again for our Thanksgiving cruise.
