Where did this OBC come from?

Hi Guys, is there any way to get a breakdown of where OBC came from? I have applied for a few different offers with OBC and I would like to know which was given so I can make sure they gave me the right amount?

Where did you apply for different offers for OBC?  RC, RC credit card, TA?

My cruise planner only shows the RC OBC.  Additional OBC from my TA is usually shown in my account once I'm onboard.

I applied for my wife as a referral since she is new to RC. I also had some from when I booked with Travelocity but had to fill a form out on RC's site so not sure if that's the same as a regular TA.

My past experience is like @melski94.  Anything from RC shows up on the cruise planner.  Anything direct from TA shows up once on board.

The only way is from your TA.  RC's system primarily tracks OBC that comes from booking promotions. If a TA provides OBC, or you are getting it from somewhere else, it may not show in your primary reservation.

If you booked through a TA (and that means anywhere but RC directly), then they ought to be able to give you a breakdown.
