My least favorite is definitely  Wonderland.  The second worst is Jaimie's.  I also love 150 CP and Izumi.

Wonderland is a "try at least once" sort of place.  Did not love the apps but the main and dessert more that made up for it.

Love Jamie's.  Never will try Izumi (not Sushi fans).  Have yet to try 150 and Chops (waiting for next March to try those two).  Not sure if you are in a suite, but if you are CK is a must do.  Last but not least, Mini Bites (not specialty), is the best hidden little snack place.  We made a daily visit there every afternoon!

Agree with this statement, had Sabor last year on Liberty and Allure, Liberty was much better, liked it so much we ate there twice.

I shared similar feelings about Sabor on Allure - it was good but neither of us were blown away by it, and it was just SO MUCH FOOD.

What I did love about Sabor on Allure was the ability to walk up to the bar mid afternoon and sit and have a margarita and guac and chips as a light lunch for about $7.

+1, minus the drink part, my wife loves their top shelf Margarita though (Whatever they call it) I had Ginger Ale

I'm not a sushi fan either, yet I love Izumi ...... The beef cooked on the hot stone is INSANE!!!!  Matt just wrote a blog about the Izumi on Brilliance and mentioned the Beef and Hot Stone .......  If you try it, you will NOT be disappointed

Now you have me curious.  Maybe I will wait till next March to try it, then we'll be in Star class (Yipee!!!) and I won't feel like I have to throw out extra money to try something I might not like.

Just remember: No hot stone on Quantum and Oasis class in Izumi.

My favorites have to be CP150 and Wonderland. In Wonderland the mains and desserts aren't all that strange. Few of the apps are not stange either. Key thing is just the way everything is worded and presented.

These food porn photos of Wonderland aren't from Harmony but rather Anthem. Still you get the idea that the food is semi-normal.

DESSERT - The World (After global warming)

Think overall the entire menu was brought out with the exception of the tomato water one. The Buffalo Chicken eggs didn't make it for it's glamour shot.

Just keep in mind the Anthem menu is slightly different than the Harmony one.

Photos where resized using @twangster's suggested Lightroom settings.

Sabor on Harmony is definitely not as good as Sabor on Nav or one of the other non-O class ships.

This is really disappointing as I will not have the chance to try Sabor for the first time until my December 2019 cruise on Harmony. Would you be able to please elaborate further as to why? I am curious to hear your thoughts.

First and foremost, the smaller "open air" Sabors do not have queso fundido, which is my favorite dish BY FAR from the full service Sabors.  The menus on the O class Sabors are a subset of the bigger (and better, IMO) menus of the full service Sabors.

I'm sure it has a lot to do with the "fiesta" influence of the O class Sabors but the ambiance is just so different from the regular Sabor restaurants.  The full service restaurants have a more sedate and sophisticated feel and the O class restaurants feel like a seaside bar - which is intentional, I'm sure.  Bottom line - I have never been disappointed in my visit to a full service Sabor and I've never been happy with a visit to one of the O class Sabors.

If you're going for the chips, salsa, tacos and margaritas, you will be fine.  If you've never been to a full service Sabor then you will not know what you are missing !!

Thanks for the honest review, I really appreciate it. Interesting how subjective food is and how a restaurant on a particular ship can differ from person to person, Matt seemed to have enjoyed his experience on Harmony. I'm going to try specialty dining for the first time later this year on Adventure, and, if I really like it, plan to try a different restaurant (or two!) on Harmony the following December. :) So, this thread has been really helpful!

Ditto, I 100% agree with all of WAAAYTOOO's insight.
