Does anyone have a way to access the Sailing List sheets for Instant Rewards?  We used to be able to type in the reward, and see the big sailings WITH the stateroom and number of guests offer...  Now, there's just a hodgepodge of sailings, with no way to tell the stateroom type or how many guests.  (unless I'm missing something)...  I chatted with a guy on Club Royale, and he said we have to call to get the details on sailings... 

I received an IR on the last cruise (hard copy), but earned more points before leaving, and have a better award... I just can't tell any details about the offers (except Ship, Itinerary and date)...

Looking for 2510A07.  ugh

https://www.royalcaribbean.com/content/dam/royal/resources/pdf/casino/offers/2510A.pdf should give you hyperlinks to all the different point levels.

In the future usually you can just change the last bit before .PDF to get the list 🙂

 

Thanks...  I did go back to find what my phone captured on the cruise, and found the site...  

Those links should be on the "new" Website.

try to use VPN with US ip address. At least you'll be able to see your points. I see them with 0 offers

Talked to Casino Royale this week... they did the infamous "submitted a ticket to our back end"...  (I could insert a joke here, but I'll refrain)...   They were able to see my IR Certs and book me, but I still can't get to my account online.  They said it could take 7 - 14 business days.  🙄

I have the exact same problem & experience.  Unable to access my Club Royal offers page. Continuous loop to "link your partners" page.  Been calling for 2 months with no success. "being fixed"  Fixed wait 24 hrs, now still working on it. Take 7-10 business days.   Still no progress in 2 months

My wife’s 7-14 days started first of August to get her Signature back and not yet… I still don’t exist online because I have 2 C&A #s for the casino. I am prime and sig at the same time… Utopia host knows the drill, hopefully Explorer host does also in 2 days…

We sailed on Explorer on Nov 1st and 6th. Still no casino points updated in either of our accounts. I sent an email to clubroyale@rccl.com this weekend detailing the issue with missing points for both cruises. My husband is trying to re-qualify for Signature so those missing points are important. If the issue is not fixed by the time we board Star next month we'll get the host involved.

Checked in with the Host on Freedom this past weekend (after my SeaPass Card said I was Choice)...  appears I had the always hilarious "Duplicate Profile/Email Address"...  So, she deleted one, and passed a note to the "Back End" to fix...  As of yesterday, I'm back online!!   Crazy enough, my 2025 Prime Cert is still showing as available...  🤔

Yesterday, I was able to get into my new website account for the first time ever !  My points are wrong but at least I can get into the site !!!  I guess we'll see if it's really fixed when I check in on SY next week.  For the past 5 cruises it has shown me as "Choice".  My annual Prime cruise is also still showing available.  Too funny.
