Comped beverage package question

Hello all,

I recently booked a casino offer that included free play, hideaway beach passes, and free deluxe beverage packages. 
 

I was able to see both the beach passes and free play on my cruise receipt but there was nothing on it noting that I would be getting the deluxe beverage packages. 
 

My cruise planner shows the beach passes as reserved but doesn’t show the deluxe beverage packages as reserved. I called casino royale and they confirmed that the offer I booked included the deluxe beverage packages but they had no way to indicate that on the cruise receipt and “it would be there when I boarded”. 
 

Basically, I’m curious if anyone has any experience on this issue because I’d really rather not pay double the cost to purchase the deluxe beverage package after boarding.

I have the same issue. All we can do is cross our fingers it is there when we board!

I still have the original mailer that came that shows the offer, so I'm bringing that just in case it isn't there. I will go argue with Guest Services about it if needed.

I just checked my cruise planner and it’s showing reserved now. Figures that it would happen on the day that I finally post after 2 weeks of searching for an answer. 
 

I guess club royale just puts it through like a normal purchase of the beverage package but at $0. There’s even a receipt for it. 
 

Keep an eye on your cruise planner. It should pop up on there eventually. I’m going on Liberty on 11/17 for reference.

Same here..I just checked my 12/12 sailing and it's showing reserved. I swear it didn't yesterday!

I have a mystery “Chops + 1” reserved on an upcoming casino comp cruise.  I certainly didn’t book it….and the charge is $0.  I wonder if this is some kind of promo add-on that I wasn’t aware of.  It just appeared out of nowhere about 3 days ago.  Especially interesting since I have the UDP on that cruise….can’t even use the Chops + 1 !   Similarly, we have the adult beach (can’t think of the name at the moment) mysteriously booked at $0 on next week’s OA Signature group cruise.  I assumed that this was a Signature benefit.  I am not a fan of Hideaway (there it is) but since it’s free I guess we’ll go.

That certainly sounds like an included perk to me. I currently have an offer with chops+1 and hideaway beach pass.
